I'd like to download and process significant sets of PSM data (e.g. entire state for all years) via a Python script. Can the PSM data be pulled from URLs, an FTP site, or equivalent? Thanks!

NSRDB data can be retrieved through our API. Please see https://nsrdb.nrel.gov/api-instructions for instructions on how to access the API.

I've been using the data viewer to download data for CA for a number of years covering the state but now want to download only specific coordinates. I will do this using the API however, I do not currently have Python and am wondering if there is a version that is required to run these commands with NSRDB.
Thanks for our help.
